ArtPrintz will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your artwork arrives safe and sound. Set out below is a summary of our terms and conditions as well as some handy hints.

Handling and care of your prints

All artworks produced by ArtPrintz are archival giclée pigment prints on acid free, premium grade 100% cotton rag fine art paper. As with any artwork, they should never be hung in areas of high humidity or in direct sunlight. We recommend taking your print to a professional fine art picture framer as soon as possible and should be handled very carefully, preferably using cotton gloves. Ideally they should be framed under UV protective glass or acrylic.

Image and paper size information provided is approximate and should not be solely relied upon for framing or other purposes. Please measure your print once you have received it.

If left unframed, the prints should be kept flat between acid-free paper in a box or portfolio and in a dry place.

Prints can also be mounted on your wall unframed by various methods (see mounting suggestions here). However, be aware that the life of your print may be compromised.

ArtPrintz Limited Editions

We won’t print thousands… or even hundreds! When you buy from ArtPrintz, you will know that you have a relatively rare, quality artwork. Once the edition has been reached, the image will be retired and there will be no more printed.

All artwork series have an edition of just 25 across all available sizes.

All series are printed from images captured professionally either by a highly sensitive large format camera or large flatbed scanners. Some artworks have been created digitally.

Custom sizes

Please enquire if you would like a print in a size not indicated on the website. We may be able to print a custom size as a one-off if that artwork’s edition has not already been retired.

Printing and production

ArtPrintz artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres. These may occasionally contain small slubs and/or minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and are not considered faults.

Please note: Stylised lifestyle images displaying product insitu on our website are for illustrative purposes only and indicate approximate scaled sizing. Colours may vary in real life.

Payment

Payment is required in full before we can process an order.

We accept payment through PayPal, a trusted and secure way to make payments online. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.

Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.

Shipping

All shipping is FREE Australia-wide and includes insurance.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. We may be in touch if we need further information. Once your order is processed, your print should be dispatched within 3 business days.

All ArtPrintz artworks are sent through Australia Post or, if large, through Pack and Send and must be signed for on receipt. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email advice which includes a tracking number. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

Yes, as long as your PO Box can accept parcels. If delivery to the PO Box is not accepted and returned, you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-shipping to a valid address. It is preferable for all concerned to provide a street address when ordering.

Incorrect address

If you supply us with an incorrect address (e.g. the unit number is missing), and the item is returned to us, then you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-shipping of the item. Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it that the shipping address is correct.

International orders

Please contact us if you want to buy an artwork and have it delivered outside of Australia. We will endeavour to get the best shipping price for you.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to prior to release of the item. Unfortunately, we can’t really advise how much these duties will be, so please ensure you are aware of these fees before you order.

Replacement and returns policy

ArtPrintz will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged.

Any damage should be reported within 7 days of receipt. Photographs of the damage should be emailed to admin@artprintz.com.au. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.

In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.

What if I change my mind?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you don’t like your artwork we have a 7 day cooling off period. Within this period you can return the artwork to us for an exchange or full refund. You must email us at admin@artprintz.com.au within 7 days of receiving your artwork stating that you wish you return it. Shipping and insurance of the artwork back to us will be at your own expense. We need to receive the artwork back in the same condition you received it in order for you to receive a refund or exchange.

Reduced, sale and promotional items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Orders shipped overseas are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Please note: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

Promotions and sales

Promotions, discounts and promotional coupon codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.

If a discount coupon code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.

All promotions are available to Australian residents only.

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

Promotions or discounts do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services.

Promotional or Sale items are NOT eligible for ‘change of mind’ returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.

Promotional items are available only while stocks last.

ArtPrintz can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.

Responsibility

ArtPrintz is not responsible for the loss, damage, theft or delayed delivery of your order.

ArtPrintz does not provide refunds or reimbursement to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with an order or for providing incorrect contact or delivery information.

ArtPrintz is not liable for the effects of the handling and treatment of the artwork once it has been dispatched. We advise that cotton gloves should be worn when removing the print from the postage tube.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% Good and Service Tax (GST).

All prices are for unframed works.

Privacy Policy

In order to deliver your artwork safely and in a timely manner, we collect personal information about you such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not collect any financial information since all payments are handled through PayPal.

We will only use your personal information to conduct business with you and to communicate information concerning your order. Form time to time we may make contact regarding new products. You can unsubscribe at any time at admin@artprintz.com.au

We promise never to disclose any of your personal information to any outside entity for any purpose unless we are legally bound to do so.
